All Items Offered Subject to Availability
Most orders ship out in their entirety, but sometimes due to heavy demand an item may become temporarily unavailable and in these cases your shipment may be subject to a delay of several days while we try to complete your order. On rare occasions you may receive your order with missing items marked Sold Out.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that you will understand that we have made every effort to fulfill your order.

Your payment account is never billed until your order is ready for shipping and your charge will be reduced accordingly if any items are unavailable. You will receive an e-mail message from us on the day that your package is shipped. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Orders placed today will ship on or before Wednesday September 8th. 

Sweeney Ridge, Planet Dog & Lupine items usually ship within 2-3 days.


Shipping Methods: Continental United States
All orders within the Continental United States are shipped via Fed-Ex or the United States Post Office (USPS).

Our average order ships in approximately 5-7 days. Some orders will ship sooner, some take longer, such as heavy items, pet food, or special order items.

From time to time we wait for the freshest product to arrive at our warehouse before shipping it to you. While this might delay shipping your order for a few days, we guarantee you the freshest product anywhere!

For your convenience, our delivery vendors will deliver your package to your door without requiring a signature - a nice benefit if you live in an apartment building or if you're not usually at home during delivery hours! (In the rare instances where FedEx does not deliver without a signature, a note will be left on your door requesting permission to leave your package the next day.)


Shipping Methods: Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO
For Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO locations, orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our average order ships in approximately 5-7 days. Some orders will ship sooner, some take longer, such as heavy items, pet food, or special order items.


Shipping Methods: International
Orders are shipped via USPS International First Class or Priority Mail.

Shipping charges depend on weight and destination. To give you an idea of costs, a 2 pound package costs around US$19.00 to Canada and 26.00US$ to the UK. Please keep this in mind when you order one item with a low price point -- the shipping fees may be more than the item costs!

The EASIEST way to see your shipping cost is to add your item to the cart, select your country, then click on "update totals" located at the bottom, costs will automatically be calculated and appear on the screen. This way you will be able to view your shipping charge before you checkout.

Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery. We send most of our packages out marked with a value under $50.00 US so that you receive the maximum duty free exemption possible.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery; it usually takes 4-5 days to clear customs.

Every order we ship is triple checked by our staff before it is packed. However, once a package leaves our store with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise or anything else of that nature we can not be held accountable.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not ship to the following countries due to high fraud histories: Belarus, Columbia, Egypt, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Romania, Russia, Indonesia and Taiwan.
We will not ship to the following areas with unreliable postal service: Latin America, South America, Africa including the Middle East, Israel, Italy, and Greece.

Our research has shown us that for many of you, shipping and handling is one of the major deterrents from purchasing any of our brand names from our virtual store. So we thought that we would address that question head on. Here are the facts:

Why should I pay to have my pet supplies delivered when I can drive to my local store and pick it up myself?

Answer:
Time and time again our customers write to us and say they absolutely love the convenience of placing their order whenever they want and never having to go to the store…never having to fight traffic, never having to go out at 10 o’clock at night …and never having to lug a 40 pound bag of dog food…or a 20 pound box of cat litter, again.

We realize that we are not for everyone, but in today’s two-income time stretched families…the convenience of home delivery, simply saves you time!

Question #2:
Do you charge shipping costs by the total amount of money I spend, or by the weight of my order?

Answer:
Unlike most direct retailers, whether on the web or in a catalog, our shipping and handling prices are based upon the total weight of your shipment and the distance your order will ship. We charge you just the way United Parcel Service charges us. Each and every shipment is carefully weighed on our USPS approved scale.

Question #3:
Is it cheaper for me to go to the store and pick it up myself?

Answer:
In some cases it might be, depending on the proximity of your local retailer. But in the interest of your time, we suggest you call first since most retailers do not carry the brands that we do

Question #4:
Am I missing out on any special deals that may be offered in the brick and mortar store?

Answer:
Absolutely not! In fact, because of our ability to notify you immediately of our special offers via email, by shopping at Pawtastic Pet, you are probably getting more special deals than you would at a retail store.

Ask yourself:
...how often do I go to the pet supply store to see if there are any deals?
...do they have a “Discount Department” where they feature closeouts and clearances?
...do they have a “Red Tag” Department with more than 400 items on sale?
...do they notify me as soon as they find out about a special manufacturer’s deal or do I have to go there?
