Free Shipping
To receive Free Economy shipping on your order,
the total value of your shopping cart must be at least $75.00. The
free shipping offer excludes purchases of dog food, cat food, heavy
items or materials requiring special handling. Products not valid
for Free Economy shipping will have: "Free shipping not available"
noted on the product page.
If the items in your shopping cart match the
qualifications for free shipping, your shopping cart will
automatically update with free Economy Shipping on those qualifying
items. If your shopping cart includes an item that does not qualify
for free shipping, this will be reflected in your shipping rate.
Free Economy Shipping only applies to the 48
contiguous states, not valid to HI, AK, US territories, APO/FPO.

All Items Offered Subject to
Availability
Most orders ship out in their entirety, but
sometimes due to heavy demand an item
may become temporarily unavailable and
in these cases your shipment may be
subject to a delay of several days while
we try to complete your order. On rare
occasions you may receive your order
with missing items marked Sold Out or on
Back-Order.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that you
will understand that we have made every effort to fulfill your
order.
Your payment account is never billed until your order is ready for
shipping and your charge will be reduced accordingly if any items
are unavailable or on back-order. You will receive an e-mail message from us on the
day that your package is shipped. If you have any concerns, please
do not hesitate to contact us.
Back Ordered Items
When an item is on Back Order this means that
the item is temporarily out of stock at our distributor. Some of the
items can be added to your cart today and will ship when available,
usually within 2-3 weeks. Sometimes items may take longer to be
restocked and we will contact you if that occurs. Your payment
account will not be charged until we ship the items.
**If paying with PayPal or Google Wallet, we can
only keep an item on back order status for up to 30 days. If the
items are still out of stock at that time, the items will be
auto-canceled and you will not be charged. We will send you an email
alert when the item(s) can be ordered again.
When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship within 2-3 business days
from the date of your order.
You will be notified promptly if there are any delays or stock
issues.

and you don't need to enter any personal info.

United States
All orders within the Continental United States
are shipped via UPS or the United States Post Office (USPS). Our average order ships in approximately
2-3 days.
Shipping Methods: Alaska, Hawaii,
APO/FPO
For Alaska,
Hawaii, and APO/FPO locations, orders are shipped via the United
States Postal Service (USPS). Our average order ships in approximately
2-3 days.
Shipping Methods: International
Orders are shipped via USPS International First
Class or Priority Mail.
Shipping charges depend on weight and destination.

will be able to view your shipping charge before you checkout.
Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or
tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are
usually collected upon delivery.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery; it usually takes 4-5 days
to clear customs.
Every order we ship is triple checked by our staff before it is
packed. However, once a package leaves our store with an
international destination we can no longer be held responsible if
something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package
and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise or anything else of
that nature we can not be held accountable.
PLEASE NOTE:
We will not ship to the following countries
due to high fraud histories: Belarus,
Columbia, Egypt, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Romania, Russia,
Indonesia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
We will not ship to the following areas with unreliable postal
service: Latin America, South America, Africa including the Middle
East, Israel, Italy, and Greece.
