Return Policy...

Since we want you to be 100% satisfied with EVERYTHING that you order from Pawtastic Pet Supplies, we guarantee a full refund (minus initial delivery or shipping charge) for all merchandise returned to us within 30 days from the date of your order that does not meet your satisfaction. If returned after 30 days a store credit will be issued.

Contact us via the Contact Form and let us know the problem you have with the merchandise and we will go out of our way to ensure that you enjoy our hassle-free return policy. Your account will be credited upon return of the goods.

Please be sure to include a copy of your order so credit can properly applied and a reason for the return.

Items must be received in good condition with original tags and/or packaging.

Items returned in less than new condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged Items:
If a product is received damaged or defective we reserve the right to replace the item or part as remedy. Shipping and product costs will be refunded if a replacement is not sent as resolution. You must report the defective/damaged product within 3 days from receipt of product for this policy to apply. After 3 days we will attempt to rectify the problem but can not guarantee a refund.
