Since we want you to be 100% satisfied with EVERYTHING that you order from Pawtastic Pet Supplies, we guarantee a full refund (minus initial delivery or shipping charge) for all merchandise returned to us within 30 days from the date of your order that does not meet your satisfaction.

Contact us via the Contact Form and let us know the problem you have with the merchandise and we will go out of our way to ensure that you enjoy our hassle-free return policy. Your account will be credited upon return of the goods.

Items must be received in good condition with original tags and/or packaging.

Items returned in less than new condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
