total dissapointment

I bought two of these, one for my dog, and one for my mom's. I liked the idea of being able to switch collars easily for the cottage. Well, within one week of normal use, both of them broke. I found my tagnabbit on the floor, with both the bottom and top clip broken, and my dog's tags are MIA, meaning it's going to cost over $20 to get them replaced.

At least my mom found her dog's tags in her backyard. Needless to say, we won't be buying another. It was flimsy and useless.

Within 3 days the top ring opened and the whole thing fell off fortunately in the house. Great idea but poor quality.
