How to Order – Step by Step 

1.   Shopping - Browse our website to view our foods, supplements, treats, flea control and other pet products.

2.   Ordering - Orders must be placed by 6pm EST on every other Tuesday of the month for delivery or shipping the following weekend. Place your order online by using the shopping cart and check-out process OR call your order in to 804-448-5542 OR e-mail your order to orders@pawtasticpet.com.

3.   Delivery – Your order will be delivered to you on the next scheduled delivery day (click here to see Delivery Schedule). You don’t need to be home. The order will be left on your porch or in another location if you prefer. 

4.   Payment – There are several ways to pay. Choose one that suits you best:

• Leave a check or cash out for our driver to pick up (preferred payment method). We will always check the front porch area and under the door mat.

• Due to the high cost of processing credit card payments, we prefer payments by check or cash, which allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. However, if you prefer to pay by credit card, we understand. Please call us at 804-448-5542 with your card information. If you desire, we can keep your card information on file for your convenience.

• Pay by credit card, PayPal or Google Checkout by using the cart.
