How to Order – Step by Step 

 

1. Shopping - Browse our website to view our foods, supplements, treats, flea control and other pet products.

 

2. Ordering - Place your order online by using the shopping cart and check-out process.

 

3. Shipping - All orders within the Continental United States are shipped via UPS or the United States Post Office. Our average order ships in approximately 2-3 business days.

 

4. Payment – There are several ways to pay. Choose one that suits you best: PayPal, Google Wallet, most Major Credit Cards and USPS Money Order, all methods are over a secure server. Please note that if paying via Money Order, your order will ship as soon as payment is received.

 


Q: How do I find a particular item on the website?

A: There are several ways to search for a product. The quickest is to use the Search tool located in the top menu bar of the website. Another is to click on a category (Dog, Cat, Fish, etc) and look for the most appropriate sub-category that might contain your item. 


Q: The item I’m looking for isn’t on the website.

A:  If you are looking for an item that you've never ordered from us, call or e-mail us to check for availability. We offer many more products than are listed on the website and are adding items all the time. We would also like to know if there is a product that you are interested in that we don’t offer.


Q: How do I see more details about an item?
A: You can click on any item picture to see more information. This will also bring up a larger image for you to view.


Q: Do you deliver or ship ALL of your products?

A: We deliver or ship 90% of our products. Items that are over-sized or extremely fragile are the exception.  If any of your items falls into one of these categories, we will inform you promptly so pick-up arrangements can be made.


Q: How fast do you ship?

A: An average order ships in approximately 2-3 days, but sometimes sooner depending on availabilty, when you order. If you need something right away please contact us and we will advise on the soonest ship date.


Q: What is your shipping policy for domestic & international orders?

A: Please see our Shipping Policy page for detailed information on shipping charges, shipping methods and other important details.


Q: Why do you show other currencies?

A: The alternative prices are shown on our product and product detail pages for our international customers. Sales will always be processed in US dollars but it does provide a guide for international purchasers regarding the approximate price in their local currency.
