Does it cost more to have my
food delivered to my home?
A:
Absolutely not. Our products are competitively priced and
often less than the pet stores. It’s hard to believe but you
don’t pay more and often pay less than regular pet stores.
And forget about wasting your valuable time and gas money
driving to the pet store and then having to haul your pet
food and supplies home yourself.
Q:
Do you accept manufacturer coupons on your products?
A: Yes we do! Just
subtract the amount of the coupon from your order if paying by
cash or check. If purchasing online, please be sure to call or
email for a code to enter at checkout.

How much does delivery cost?
A:
If you live in Caroline County, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania
or Ashland, it's FREE! All we ask is that you place a minium
order of $20. You
can arrange for order pick-up at no extra charge. We also
offer low cost shipping.
Q:
Do I have to be home when my
order is delivered?
A:
No. Much like UPS, your order will be left for you on your
doorstep without you needing to be home. Unlike UPS, we will
put your order in a location other than your front porch if
you prefer (inside a gate or garage, behind a plant, etc.).
Just let us know and we will make a note of it for future
deliveries.
Q:
Is there a minimum amount for delivery?
A:
Yes. There is a $20 minimum for delivery, but a typical bag of
food will generally meet that minimum. There is no
minimum order for shipping.

How do I find a particular item
on the website?
A:
There are several ways to search for a product. The quickest
is to use the Search tool located in the top menu bar of the
website. Another is to click on a category (Dog, Cat, Fish,
etc) and look for the most appropriate sub-category that might
contain your item.

The item I’m looking for isn’t on the website.
A:
If you are looking for an item that you've never ordered from
us, call or e-mail us to check for availability. We offer
many more products than are listed on the website and are
adding items all the time. We would also like to know if there
is a product that you are interested in that we don’t offer.

How do I see more details about an item?
A: You can
click on any item picture to see more information. This will
also bring up a larger image for you to view.

When do you deliver?
A:
We deliver every other
week on Saturday or Sunday. You can indicate which day you
prefer when you checkout. Items that are shipped are
mailed out every other Friday. Click here

Do you deliver or ship ALL of your products?
A:
We deliver or ship 99% of our products. Items that are over-sized or
extremely fragile are the exception. If any of your
items falls into one of these categories, we will inform you
promptly so pick-up arrangements can be made.
